I feel amazing every time I come out of my session. There is a TV in every suite were you can relax and watch a show which is a bonus! I 100% recommend this place!"

"I’ve been twice now & I’m already hooked! The spa is beautiful with a relaxing atmosphere, and the owner is very helpful & friendly. Watch Netflix on your suites flatscreen while you relax in the sauna! I was so relaxed when I got out & it definitely helped reduce some stiff muscles too! You can even grab an electrolyte drink on the way out to help rehydrate. If you’re on the fence about saunas, I think it’s definitely worth checking out!"

"Best experience ever! I wasn’t sure what to expect. Seeing as how this was my first Experience ever with a sauna. When I walked in, Hunter met me with a smile and introduced himself and welcomed me. He gave me a tour and explained the process from start to finish for me and answered any questions I had. The private suite was very welcoming . The lighting and the decor is absolutely perfect and calming. I love that they have large screen TVs to watch while in the sauna. Hunter also recommended staying hydrated while in the sauna. The LMNT watermelon was so good!" One of my favorite things for sure was the cold eucalyptus towel! When I exited the sauna, it felt amazing on my skin. Thank you so much for this amazing experience. I cannot wait to come back week after week! Five stars for sure if I could give you 10 I would!"
